Promotions and offers

These terms and conditions apply to your booking of a ticket to the Greggs Matcha and Move event (“Event”). By booking a ticket, you agree to the following:

• An age restrictions of 18+ applies.

• Entry to the Event is strictly by ticket only. You must present a valid ticket to be admitted. Your ticket is valid only for the specific date and time slot booked.

• If you can no longer attend, please cancel your booking as early as possible. To cancel, email greggs@hopeandglorypr.com with: (i) your name; (ii) email address; and (iii) ticket or booking number. If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled start time, we will refund the ticket price to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.

• The £10 ticket price is refundable following attendance at the Event. We will refund the ticket price to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to be processed.

• All equipment required for the Event will be provided for you.

• Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled slot. Late arrival may reduce your session time or result in non-admission.

• You will be required to sign a release and waiver form on the day. You cannot participate in the Event unless this form is completed.

• Any personal information you provide will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which you can access here: Greggs | Privacy Policy.

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any attendee whose behaviour is unsafe, inappropriate or disruptive. No refund will be provided in such cases.

• We may need to alter, reschedule, or cancel the Event in exceptional circumstances. If this happens, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a refund or a new date. We are not responsible for any other costs you have/may incur in connection with the Event – our liability is limited to the price of your ticket (unless otherwise required by law).

a) The promotion runs between 00:00 and 23:59 on 23rd February 2026.

b) A valid Greggs App account is required to receive the promotion.

c) Customers are eligible to receive triple stamps on the purchase of Overnight Oats with Seeds & Dried Fruit, and the stamps will be allocated in the Breakfast Items category.

d) Triple stamps will be rewarded after scanning the Greggs App on a valid in-shop purchase or the completion of a Click + Collect order. The offer must be active in the Greggs App wallet for the bonus stamps to be applied, if the offer is not visible as active, please refresh the app before making a purchase.

e) The product is available in selected shops and is subject to availability.

g) This offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other product or cash. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

These are the terms and conditions which apply to the Greggs The Golden Flake Tavern's Rugby Watch Party competition ("Competition"). By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

HOW TO ENTER AND ELIGIBILITY

The Competition will run from 2^nd March 2026 until 23:59pm on 3^rd March 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Competition.

To enter the Competition, you will need to: click on the link sent to you in our marketing email and choose your preferred event date. You can choose multiple event dates but if you are selected as a winner, you will only win tickets to one event.

Each participant will be permitted one entry into the Competition.

The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over.

For entrants who are Greggs employees, if you are a winner, it is your responsibility to ensure that you have sufficient annual leave to book time off work to redeem the prize.

THE PRIZE

There will be 3 winners.

Each winner will receive:

• X4 tickets to watch one of the below rugby matches at The Golden Flake Tavern located at 1st Floor of Fenwick store, 53 Northumberland Street, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 7AF.

o   Ireland vs Scotland – 14^th March 2026 at 2:10pm

o   Wales v Italy – 14^th March 2026 at 4:40pm

o   England v France – 14^th March 2026 at 8:10pm

• X2 drinks vouchers per ticket (valid on date of ticket only and  for one beer, Guinness, wine, prosecco or soft drink – alcohol drink subject to ID verification).

• X1 food voucher per ticket (valid on date of ticket only and against set menu: chicken bake parmo, sausage roll & mash, vegan sausage roll & mash, mac & cheese, or fish finger sandwich – subject to availability on the day).

The winner must organise and pay for their own travel arrangements, and for accommodation.  

SELECTING AND NOTIFYING THE WINNERS

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries through a third-party generator the day after the Competition closes, and the winners will be notified on the same day as being selected.

To claim their prize, the winner must respond with the requested details in the manner and within the time frame specified in the prize notification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification and within the time stated may result in selection of an alternative winner.

There are no cash equivalent or other prize alternatives available. The prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Prizes cannot be transferred, sold, auctioned or exchanged. We reserve the right to substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in such circumstances. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by us, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

We reserve the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Competition’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Competition or won using fraudulent means. We will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

We do not take any responsibility for entries which for technical or other reasons are not entered correctly or are lost.

For any winners who are Greggs employees, Greggs reserves the right to select a different winner if there are any outstanding investigation, disciplinary or performance issues with any of the winners.

PERSONAL DATA

Participants agree that by entering the Competition their personal details will be stored and otherwise processed by us and our appointed agents and third-party suppliers for the purposes of administering the Competition and for the marketing of the Competition.

All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy which you can read at: Greggs | Privacy Policy.

The first name and location of the winners will be available on this page for a period of one month following the closing date. If you do not want your name and location included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter before the closing date of the Competition.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter. Your statutory rights are not affected.

GENERAL

In the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Competition or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Competition or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.

These are the terms and conditions which apply to the Greggs x Sky competition ("Competition"). By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

There will be up to 150 winners for the gift cards, up to 50 winners at each of the 3 events above.

There will be 3 winners in total for the Sky Stream pack, one at each of the 3 events above.

Competition 1 (Newcastle Upon Tyne):

·       There will be 1 x pair of tickets to the Show on 21^st March 2026 to be won at the event at Newcastle Upon Tyne.

·       The opportunity to win one of 50 gift cards to the value of £10 to redeem in Greggs stores.

·       1 x Sky Stream pack with a Sky Ultimate TV subscription (consisting of Sky Entertainment and Netflix basic) Sky Sports & Sky Cinema subscriptions for 12 months.

Competition 2 (Birmingham):

·       There will be 1 x pair of tickets to the Show on 28^th March 2026 to be won at the event at Birmingham.

·       The opportunity to win one of 50 gift cards to the value of £10 to redeem in Greggs stores.

·       1 x Sky Stream pack with a Sky Ultimate TV subscription (consisting of Sky Entertainment and Netflix basic) Sky Sports & Sky Cinema subscriptions for 12 months

Competition 3 (London):

·       There will be 2 x pair of tickets to the Show on 4th April or 11th April to be won at the event at London. Greggs has discretion over which date each winner can attend. Entrants must ensure they are available to attend all available shows.

·       50 gift cards to the value of £10 to redeem in Greggs stores.

1 x Sky Stream pack with a Sky Ultimate TV subscription (consisting of Sky Entertainment and Netflix basic) Sky Sports & Sky Cinema subscriptions for 12 months.

Attendees must be aged 18 or over.  Tickets are valid for the Show date specified on the winner’s letter and cannot be moved or transferred

Travel from the winners nearest mainland UK train station to London will be provided by the prize provider.

Accommodation will be selected by the prize provider at their sole discretion. The winners must provide a valid credit or debit card for security deposit purposes when checking into accommodation.

The prize will be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the prize provider, hotel or other organisation connected to this promotion. Specific terms and conditions for the Show and the Sky Stream pack prizes apply, as enclosed under Annex 1 to these terms and conditions. The winners must review and comply with these terms and conditions in order to travel and attend the Show. If you have any accessibility requirements, please inform the Promoter as soon as possible.

For any winners who are Greggs employees, Greggs reserves the right to select a different winner if there are any outstanding investigation, disciplinary or performance issues with any of the winners.

The prize will be fulfilled by a third party agency, The Promotions Factory Limited (CRN: 03687321), We will put the winners in contact with The Promotions Factory Limited.  

There are no cash equivalent or other prize alternatives available. The prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Prizes cannot be transferred, sold, auctioned or exchanged. We reserve the right to substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in such circumstances. Terms & Conditions – Greggs x SNL UK – Sky Prize Terms

Sky Stream Terms

There are 4 prize packages to be won (each a “Prize”).  4 winners will be allocated one Prize each. 

Each Prize includes the following:

-       1 x Sky Stream puck with a Sky Ultimate TV subscription (consisting of Sky Entertainment and Netflix basic) Sky Sports & Sky Cinema subscriptions for 12 months

1. The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):

a)       All services on Sky Stream are streamed via broadband, a minimum download speed of 35Mbps is required to use the Prize in full. 

b)      Only one Sky TV subscription can be provided at an address.  If the winner is an existing Sky TV customer and has Sky Glass, Sky Q or Sky+, they will need to cancel any existing Sky TV subscription in order to benefit from the new Sky TV subscription at no cost.  We will bill the winner for their existing Sky TV subscription until the new Sky Stream TV subscription is activated.  Sky Q customers will need to send back their Sky Q boxes within 60 days of receiving your Sky Stream puck otherwise they may be charged a non returns charge.  Third party subscriptions not paid for via Sky but viewed on Sky Glass, Sky Q or Sky + will not be automatically viewable on your Sky Stream puck – you will have to log back in.   Recordings on Sky Glass, Sky Q or Sky+ will not automatically transfer. If winners have Disney+ or Spotify via Sky, these will not automatically transfer to Sky Stream and winners will need to sign up directly to each via Apps Marketplace on Sky Stream.

c)       For 12 months, the winner will get their Sky TV subscription(s), via their Sky Stream Puck for no charge.  Sky Ultimate TV is provided on a monthly rolling contract and can be cancelled at any time on 31 days’ notice.  Ending your Sky Ultimate TV subscription will end your offer period.  After your 12 month offer period, all Sky TV subscriptions will become chargeable at their then standard price, unless you change or cancel your package, giving Sky at least 31 days’ notice. Standard subscription prices may change. Please refer to www.sky.com for current pricing. 

d)      You must be over 18 and resident in the United Kingdom, Channel Islands or Isle of Man to win this Prize. 

e)      The Prize does not include:

                                                         i.            A broadband subscription.  All content via your Sky Stream pucks is streamed so you must have broadband download speeds of at least 35Mpbs to use all the elements of this Prize;  

                                                       ii.            Sky Box Office, Sky Store purchases/rentals, Stand-alone Premium Channels, or pay-per-view services and events all of which if offered via Sky Stream will be chargeable at the current standard price.

f)        Prices, programmes/channels are subject to change.  

g)       If you do not activate within 14 days of receiving your Sky Stream pucks, we will automatically activate it for you and your Sky TV subscriptions will start from activation.

h)      Winners must redeem the prize within a year.  If a winner does not redeem his/her Prize within 12 months from the date of winning, this could result in loss of the Prize.  If the winner has a previous uncleared debt with Sky the winner will not be able to take up the Prize until this debt has been fully cleared.   

i)        There is no cash alternative to the Prize or any element thereof and unless agreed otherwise in writing the Prize is non-refundable and non-transferable.

j)        Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.

k)       Prize winner(s) will be loaned the Sky Stream puck at no cost. The winner may be required to pay an upfront charge for set up. The Sky Stream puck will need to be returned to Sky within 60 days of the winner leaving Sky TV, otherwise the winner may be charged a non-returns charge.  

l)        The winner will need to set up a Sky account either online at sky.com or via the MySky app in order to manage their account.  Email address required for account login and for Sky to keep in touch about the service.

m)    Netflix basic is included as part of the Sky Ultimate TV subscription and allows viewing in one screen in SD.  Netflix terms of use apply.

SNL UK Tickets Terms

1.       Prize package for 2 adults includes:

a.       2 x tickets to the SNL UK Live show at BBC Studios White City on date outlined in winner letter

b.       1 night’s hotel accommodation near White City for night of the winner’s SNL UK show tickets, based on sharing a twin/double room including breakfast

c.       Return train travel from winner’s nearest mainland UK station

2.       The following terms shall apply to the Prize (the “Prize Conditions”):

a.       The prize package is for two (2) people, all of whom must travel at the same time with the same itinerary

b.       Both travellers must be aged 18 or over

c.       Standard train travel is available from mainland UK rail stations only

d.       Routing will be selected by Prize Provider and not all routings will be available

e.       Hotel accommodation is based on two adults sharing one double or twin room, with breakfast.

f.        A valid credit or debit card may be required for security deposit purposes when checking into hotel accommodation

g.       Tickets are valid for the SNL UK live show date specified on the winner letter and cannot be moved or transferred

h.       SNL UK live show is located at BBC Studios, White City (1, Television Centre, 101 Wood Ln, London W12 7FA)

i.         Tickets will be sent via email to the winner at least 3 days prior to the show date

j.         Winner and guest must present valid ID alongside the tickets to be permitted entry

k.       Prize is non-transferable and non-refundable

l.         No cash alternative is available

m.     Once booked, the prize cannot be altered, amended or cancelled

n.       Prize Provider will not be liable for cancellation or delay caused by events outside their reasonable control

o.       Sky reserves the right to refuse or withdraw the Prize if a winner or a party authorised by the winner to act on their behalf, threatens or abuses a Staff employee or otherwise conducts themselves in a manner that Sky reasonably regards as inappropriate, offensive or unlawful.

p.       The prize does not include any food, drink or other service or item not specifically described above.
