The following terms and conditions govern a variety of offers and/or deals that Greggs PLC may make available at any time. Depending on the nature of the offer and/or deal, you are able to redeem it within one of our shops or via the wallet feature in the Greggs App.

Variation

We reserve the right to amend or waive any provision of these terms and conditions from time to time. Where offers/deals are redeemed via the Greggs App only, this will also constitute your acceptance of the Terms and Conditions published on our site.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. You hereby irrevocably agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

1. Food & Drink Offers

Free savoury with any purchase -

3. Coffee Loyalty Card

We alternatively/may offer physical Stamp Cards where you can enjoy a free hot drink when you have bought 9 hot drinks.

This offer applies to all hot drinks excluding soup.

Greggs plc reserves the right to refuse to honour, at their absolute discretion, any stamped coffee collector card not deemed to be genuine.

Free drink not in conjunction with any other offer. The offer is valid until the date printed on the Stamp Card, following which Greggs plc reserves the right to revoke the Coffee Loyalty Card scheme and Greggs plc shall not be required to honour any reward after this date.

5. Free reward for signing up to the Greggs App

When you register for a new Greggs Account on the Greggs App, you are entitled to a free hot drink or free iced drink as a welcome gift. You can find full terms and conditions for use of the Greggs App on the Terms and Conditions page of our site.

All hot drinks and iced drinks are eligible for this promotion. Iced drinks are available in selected shops. Please note that we don’t class soup as a hot drink. If you redeem your welcome gift on a hot drink, it can be redeemed on any hot drink in any size. The welcome gift must be redeemed before its expiry date. This offer is not in conjunction with any other offer and is subject to availability. This offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other product or cash. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time. We reserve the right to substitute any product within this promotion if the need arises.

6. Earning Free Rewards

You can collect stamps for your favourite food and drinks and get exclusive app-only gifts via scanning the Greggs App in shop and via Click + Collect.

Once you collect 9 stamps in any one of our six Rewards categories, you will receive the 10th item for free, from which you can choose to redeem using your Greggs App or via Click + Collect.

Your free item will be visible in the Wallet screen of the Greggs App.

a) This offer applies when you buy nine eligible products in a product category either in shop or via our Click + Collect service in a participating Greggs shop. A multipack or sharing box earns you one reward stamp.

b) Your free reward can be redeemed for any single product in the reward category you earned the 9 stamps in. Your free reward item expires 31 days after it is applied to your account and available in your wallet.​

c) This offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer and is subject to availability.​

d) This offer has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for any other product or cash.

e) We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.​

f) We reserve the right to substitute any product within this promotion if the need arises.​

g) This offer cannot be combined with the current Greggs Coffee Loyalty Cards that are in circulation.​

h) You will not be able to get a stamp on your paper card in addition to a digital coffee credit.​

i) Multi-packs and pizza sharing boxes are not eligible to be redeemed as a free product reward.​

j) Meal deals involving multiple items (for example, a breakfast roll and a coffee) are not able to be claimed using a single reward, but you can use any free rewards you have against an individual item in the deal. For example, in purchasing a breakfast meal deal where you order a breakfast roll and a coffee, you could redeem a 'free hot drink' rewards in exchange for the coffee, and only pay for the cost of the breakfast roll.​

Reward stamps will be applied to all full price items purchased in a Greggs Outlet shop (including Drinks). However, stamps will not be allocated for items purchased at a reduced price. An eligible product is an individual product in a product category, a multipack or sharing box is treated as one individual product. Any (cash) balance within your Wallet can be used to pay for purchases in a Greggs Outlet shop. In terms of active rewards available on your account, these can only be redeemed at Greggs Outlet shops against full price items (including Drinks) or items in a meal deal.​

From time to time we may offer you the opportunity to collect extra stamps on anything you buy in one of our 6 reward categories and this offer, and the expiry date will be visible in your wallet (and where you opt-in for marketing notifications we will also contact you with details of the offer).

7. Student Exclusive Deals

Sandwich Deal

Subject to presentation of a Student Beans ID page, or valid student card on purchase of a full Sandwich Deal (see in store for details) you will be entitled to receive one of the following free of charge from Greggs: One Sausage Roll OR One Vegan Roll (Pork Free) OR One Cheese & Onion Bake OR One sweet treat* (in selected stores only). *Sweet treat excludes multipacks. Sandwich deal includes any selected cold sandwich and any cold drink or any regular hot drink. Speciality drinks including Large, Flavoured and Iced Drinks will be subject to an additional charge, see in store for details. Excludes soup. Greggs reserves the right to refuse to honour, at their absolute discretion, any student card they deem not to be genuine. This offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn or amended by Greggs at any time. This offer does not apply to Click + Collect, Uber Eats, or Just Eat orders.

9. Greggs Quests

a) Greggs Quests are available to Greggs App customers only. You must be on version 4.30.0 or the latest version of the app to view the Greggs Quests.

b) The actions and deadlines relevant to each quest can be found in your app. We will also communicate this to you via marketing channels if you have the relevant marketing preferences.

c) Quests which require scanning the app must be done so in a shop, via an app scan. Quests which require the purchase of a product can be done so via scanning the app in shop or via a Click + Collect purchase on the app.

d) Non-scanned transactions and redemption of free rewards do not count towards the Greggs Quest tasks. The deadline to complete a Greggs Quest is as stated in your wallet, and it cannot be extended.

e) You must tap ‘Start Quest’ in your Greggs App to take part in the promotion.

f) Your reward will automatically be added to your Greggs App wallet upon completion of the Greggs Quest. This reward has no cash value and must be redeemed within the allocated period. Specific reward terms and conditions:

10. The Big Deal

“The Big Deal from £5.25” includes one “main”, one “side” and one “drink”. Qualifying products are set out below. Subject to availability. Serving suggestion. Sit in prices may vary. Prices may vary by location. We reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

Red Bull 7p extra, Coca-Cola Original Taste 330ml 10p extra, Coca-Cola Original Taste 500ml 14p extra. Regular specialty hot drinks and iced drinks 60p extra, specialty iced lattes £1.20 extra.

Orders for “The Big Deal” or “The Big Deal (Large Drink)” on the Greggs App via Click + Collect will only be awarded the following reward stamps regardless of the products purchased in the deal: 1x “Sandwiches & Salads”, 1x “Drinks & Snacks” and 1x “Savouries & Bakes”.

11. Iced Matcha Latte

One of the best value iced matchas on the high street.*

*Value refers to price, as of 2nd February 2026 vs leading competitors in Great Britain.

We compared the price of our Iced Matcha Latte with prices from leading high‑street coffee chains across Great Britain offering iced matcha at the time of assessment. Price checks were carried out on 2 February 2026 using competitor apps in standard‑priced locations (Newcastle upon Tyne; Edinburgh where there is not a store in Newcastle).

We reviewed a range of iced matcha drinks, including plain, flavoured and seasonal options, and compared both the total drink price and the price per 100ml. Our Iced Matcha Latte (450ml, £3.60) had the lowest price per 100ml (£0.67) amongst competitors reviewed, making it one of the best value iced matcha available on the high street at the time of comparison.

12. Greggs x Mighty Hoopla

Promoter: Greggs plc, Greggs House, Quorum Business Park, Newcastle upon Tyne NE12 8BU (“us”, “we”).

These are the terms and conditions which apply to the Greggs X Mighty Hoopla competition (“the Competition”). By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

HOW TO ENTER AND ELIGIBILITY

The Competition will run from 6th May 2026 until 11:59PM on 10th May 2026 (the “Entry Period”).

No purchase or payment is necessary to enter the Competition.

To enter the Competition, you will need to: click on the link provided and complete the form within the competition entry email sent to customers who are opted in to Greggs marketing communications.

Each participant will be permitted one entry into the Competition.

The Competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom, aged 18 or over.

THE PRIZE

There will be 4 winners.

Each winner will receive: x2 VIP Mighty Hoopla VIP festival tickets for either Saturday or Sunday (the “Event”) and the winner(s) and their chosen guest must be 18 years or above to claim these tickets and attend the Event. The Event is taking place in Brockwell Park, London on the 30th of May or 31st of May 2026.

The winner(s) must organise and pay for their own travel arrangements to and from the Event, and for accommodation.  

If you have any accessibility requirements, please inform the Promoter as soon as possible.

For any winners who are Greggs employees, Greggs reserves the right to select a different winner if the employee is under investigation, has a current disciplinary sanction or there are any performance issues. Should the event coincide with a scheduled shift/working hours, annual leave must be taken, subject to normal approval.

SELECTING AND NOTIFYING THE WINNERS

The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries through a third-party generator within 5 days from the Competition closing.

The winners will be notified by email within 3 days of being selected. The winners will receive their relevant tickets at least 48 hours in advance of the Event.

To claim their prize, the winner must respond with the requested details in the manner and within the time frame specified in the prize notification. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification and within the time stated may result in selection of an alternative winner.

There are no cash equivalent or other prize alternatives available. The prize may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. Prizes cannot be transferred, sold, auctioned or exchanged. We reserve the right to substitute a similar alternative prize of equal or greater value in such circumstances. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by us, the prize will only be awarded directly to the winner.

We reserve the right to verify all entries and the winners and to refuse to award a prize or withdraw prize entitlement and/or refuse further participation in the promotion and disqualify the participant where there are reasonable grounds to believe there has been a breach of these terms and conditions or any instructions forming part of this Competition’s entry requirements or otherwise where a participant has gained unfair advantage in participating in the Competition or won using fraudulent means. We will be the final arbiter in any decisions and these will be binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

We do not take any responsibility for entries which for technical or other reasons are not entered correctly or are lost.

PERSONAL DATA

Participants agree that by entering the Competition their personal details will be stored and otherwise processed by us and our appointed agents and third-party suppliers for the purposes of administering the Competition and for the marketing of the Competition.

All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy which you can read at: Greggs | Privacy Policy.

The first name and location of the winners will be available on this page for a period of one month following the closing date. If you do not want your name and location included on the list of winners referred to above, you must notify the Promoter before the closing date of the Competition.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner(s) or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter. Your statutory rights are not affected.

GENERAL

In the event of circumstances outside our reasonable control, or otherwise where fraud, abuse, and/or an error (human or computer) affects or could affect the proper operation of this Competition or the awarding of prizes, and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or amend the Competition or these terms and conditions, at any stage, but will always endeavour to minimize the effect to participants in order to avoid undue disappointment.

Any question concerning the legal interpretation of the terms and conditions will be based on English law and the Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction.
